Ättebladrose (Norwegian rose) is available in a half-linen and a linen version and is made by Swedish weaving mill Ekelund. Besides table cloths, there are also napkins, placemats and a table runner.
Ekelund pays serious attention to the environment: this product has, therefore, an eco hallmark.
A magnificently woven fabric with a beautiful woven border and surface division on the table top part.
The design is by Birgitta Liedgren.
Beautiful natural au naturel hues.
Fabric by the metre can also be ordered.. When placing the order enter the length at ‘aantal’, for instance 3.4 (metres). In case you order less than 10 metres, you also need to add the costs for measuring to your shopping trolley.
To Norway and back. Though a recent gift from Norway's vibrant cottage industry, this rose pattern was almost certainly brought there in the first place by travelling salesman from Sweden some two hundred years ago. So, with due respect to our Scandinavian neighbour, in all likelihood this beautifull pattern merely returned whence it came.
